COMMISSION INFORMATION

The Process

1. Contact me via Discord to discuss your commission.

2. Provide clear references (character, pose, outfit, expression, overall vibe), .rblx files, and any additional assets or information that may help achieve the desired result.

3. Once all details are confirmed, I will provide the final quote, estimated deadline, and any additional notes regarding the commission.


4. A minimum 50% upfront payment is required before work begins (PayPal or Wise, USD only). The remaining 50% is due once the Sketch has been approved. While the 50/50 payment option is perfectly fine, full upfront payment after the Sketch has been approved is preferred.


5. Throughout the commission, you will receive progress updates following this workflow:
Sketch → Colored Sketch → Lineart → Final Render


6. Every completed illustration includes 4 final versions:
• Base (No post-processing effects)
• Chromatic Aberration Only
• Chromatic Aberration + Blur
• Chromatic Aberration + Blur + Film Grain


7. Once the remaining payment has been received, the final illustrations will be delivered via Discord (preview images) along with a .zip/.rar archive containing the full-resolution, uncompressed artwork.

Final pricing depends on the complexity, art style, number of characters, and any additional details.(STARTING RATES)Roblox Face UGCs : From $13

Roblox Thumbnails : From $60(Bundle discounts are available when ordering both an Icon + Thumbnail. A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due once the Sketch has been approved. Bundle orders cannot be split into separate payments.(e.g. paying for the Icon first and the Thumbnail later).)(The prices listed above are starting rates for a single illustration featuring a simple character with a minimal abstract background. Final pricing may increase depending on the overall complexity of the commission.)

TURNAROUND TIME

Estimated turnaround: 3–7 days, depending on the project's complexity and my current queue.
(Limited commissions per month to maintain quality.)

REVISIONS

• Revisions are free during the Sketch stage.
• Once the Lineart stage has begun, major revisions (including pose changes, color changes, background changes, or other significant alterations) will incur additional charges.
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel revision requests that are excessively drastic or requested after significant progress has been made.

TERMS OF SERVICE

• A minimum 50% upfront payment is required before work begins (PayPal or Wise, USD only). The remaining 50% is due once the Sketch has been approved. While the 50/50 payment option is perfectly fine, full upfront payment after the Sketch has been approved is preferred.
• PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) payments are not accepted. All PayPal payments are processed via Goods & Services (G&S) through a PayPal Invoice.
• Clients paying through PayPal are responsible for covering PayPal transaction fees and the exchange rate difference, which is typically 5–7% higher than Wise.
• Refunds are not available once the Lineart stage has begun.
• Minor revisions are included. Major revisions requested after the Lineart stage may incur additional charges.
• Final files will only be delivered after the remaining payment has been received.
• I may showcase commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on social media unless requested otherwise before the commission begins.
• Deadlines begin once all required references have been provided and the initial payment has been received.
